He previously led the construction practice group at a large regional CPA firm and served as CFO of a general contractor. That mix of public accounting and hands-on industry leadership gives him practical insight across GCs, subs, and suppliers — and value beyond the numbers.
Jesse brings over 10 years of public accounting experience working with manufacturers, distributors, and construction contractors. He supports clients with tax planning, monthly accounting and bookkeeping, compilations and reviews, outsourced accounting services, and special projects as needed.

Ryan supports MC4 CPA’s accounting and tax engagements by assisting with tax return preparation, audit testing, and client coordination. He works closely with the team to keep client information organized and help ensure projects move efficiently and accurately.
