Carlin has over 20 years of experience serving construction contractors and construction suppliers. He previously led the construction practice group at a large regional CPA firm and served as CFO of a general contractor. That mix of public accounting and hands-on industry leadership gives him practical insight across GCs, subcontractors, and suppliers — delivering value beyond the numbers.

Why we do what we do

Construction. That's it.

We don't have a huge list of specialty areas on our website. We don't show up to a couple of industry events a year and call ourselves construction-focused. We don't have a huge amount of overhead to cover or rigid processes to follow. We're lean and nimble, like the contractors we work with. We respond quickly, we know what to do, and we don't waste your time. We do construction and that's all we do.

Who we work with

We work with growing contractors, the ones who are good at what they do, won work, and built something real. Now they need capital, better cash flow, more bonding capacity, and financial information they can actually use to make decisions. They're not just building a business. This is their dream. We take that seriously.

Why it matters to us

We love helping people. When a contractor grows and succeeds, that means jobs created, families supported, and communities made stronger. There are a lot of ways to make money. There aren't many ways to have that kind of impact. That's why we do this, and it's great motivation to show up every day and do the work right.
