# Tracey Karlson, CPA

Tracey leads the tax practice at MC4 CPA, bringing nearly fifteen years of experience in tax planning and compliance across public accounting.

She began her career at PwC, where she spent six years in tax accounting, developing deep technical expertise in income tax provisions, federal and state compliance, and complex tax matters. She then spent eight years at a regional CPA firm as a Senior Manager before joining MC4 to lead the firm's tax practice.

At MC4, Tracey works with construction contractors on tax planning, compliance, and strategies designed to minimize tax liability and support long-term financial health.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, Cum Laude

Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accountancy Board of Ohio, licensed May 2013
